SAMHAIN MULLED WINE

Ingredients:

- 1 Bottle Dry Red Wine

- 3/4 cup Apple Cider

- 1/2 cup Cognac

- 1/4 cup Raw Honey

- 1 tsp Whole Cloves

- 3-4 Star Anise

- 1 Small Orange, sliced

- 3 Cinnamon Sticks

Garnish:

- Cinnamon Stick, Star Anise and Orange Slice

How to make:

In a cooking pot, add in all ingredients. Bring to a simmer on medium heat. Once the simmer starts, reduce heat to medium-low and heat for 10 minutes. Do not boil. Ladle into a toddy glass. Garnish with a cinnamon stick, star anise and orange slice.​​
