IRISH WHISKEY SOUR

Ingredients:
- 2 oz Irish Whiskey
- 1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- 1/2 oz Aquafaba or Egg White
- 2 Dashes of Orange Bitters

Garnish:
- Luxardo Cherry and Orange Peel
​
How to make:
Put all ingredients into a shaker. Dry shake for 30 seconds to aerate aquafaba or egg white. Add ice and shake for 15 seconds. Strain into a coupe or rocks glass. Garnish with Luxardo cherry or orange peel.
