RUM SOUR

Ingredients:
- 2 oz Dark Rum
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- 3/4 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- 2 tbsp Aquafaba or 1 egg white

Garnish:
- Luxardo Cherries
​
How to make:
Fill your shaker with all ingredients and dry shake for 30 seconds. Add ice to the shaker and shake for an additional 15 seconds. Strain into a coupe or rocks glass. Garnish with Luxardo cherries.
