New York Sour

Ingredients:

- 2 oz Bourbon

- 1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice

- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup

- Red Wine (dry)

​How to make:

Shake ingredients in a shaker filled with ice for 15 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass with ice and float red wine on top with the back of a bar spoon.

 

Cranberry Super-mosa

Ingredients:

2 oz Cranberry Juice

2 oz Prosecco or Champagne

1 oz Vodka

Splash of Cointreau

How to make:

Pour cranberry juice, vodka and Cointreau into an ice filled mixing glass. Give it a good stir with a bar spoon for 10 seconds. Strain into a flute or coupe glass. Top with Champagne or Prosecco.
