AFTERNOON RUBY

Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Gin
- 1/4 oz Campari
- 1/2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz Cointreau
- Dash of Orange Bitters
- Lillet Blanc

Garnish:
- Lemon Peel
​
How to make:
Add ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake for 15 seconds. Fine strain into a coupe glass. Top it off with Lillet blanc. Garnish with lemon peel.​​
