APEROL COCONUT MOJITO

Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Light Rum
- 3/4 oz Aperol
- 3/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- Barspoon of Coconut Liqueur
- 6-8 Mint Leaves​
- Club Soda​

Garnish:
- Fresh Mint, Orange and Lime Wheel
​
How to make:
Muddle Rum, Aperol, lime, simple syrup, coconut liqueur and mint leave into a chilled highball glass. Fill your glass with ice and top with club soda. Gently stir your cocktail while scooping the mint leaves up.​ Garnish with fresh mint, orange and lime wheel.
