APEROL COCONUT MOJITO

Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Light Rum
- 3/4 oz Aperol
- 3/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- Barspoon of Coconut Liqueur
- 6-8 Mint Leaves
- Club Soda
Garnish:
- Fresh Mint, Orange and Lime Wheel
How to make:
Muddle Rum, Aperol, lime, simple syrup, coconut liqueur and mint leave into a chilled highball glass. Fill your glass with ice and top with club soda. Gently stir your cocktail while scooping the mint leaves up. Garnish with fresh mint, orange and lime wheel.
