PIÑA COLADA

Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Light Rum
- 1 oz Pineapple Juice
- 1 oz Cream of Coconut
- 1/2 oz Coconut Milk (unsweetened)
- Squeeze of half a lime
Garnish:
- Pineapple Slice and Fronds (leaves)
How to make:
Add ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake for 15 seconds. Fine strain into a highball or hurricane glass with ice. Blending is also an option. Garnish with pineapple slice and fronds.
