BOURBON HIGHBALL

Ingredients:
- 2 oz Bourbon
- 3/4 oz Simple Syrup
- 1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1/4 oz Cointreau
- 4 - 5 Mint leaves
- Club soda

Garnish:
- Luxardo Cherry and Lemon Peel
​
How to make:
Muddle all ingredients in a shaker to release the mint oils and essences. Fill the shaker with ice and shake for 15 seconds. Strain into a highball glass with ice.
Top off with club soda. Garnish with lemon peel and Luxardo cherry.​
