FRENCH 75

Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Cognac or Gin
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- 1/2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- Champagne or Prosecco

Garnish:
- Lemon Peel
​
How to make:
Add first three ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake for 15 seconds. Strain into a flute and top it off with Champagne or Prosecco. Garnish with a lemon peel.​​
